1. Does the underwear run true to size?

Yes, though we recommend if you are between sizes or questioning which size may be best, to size down. Our underwear is meant to hug your body and feel like a second skin underneath your leggings or spandex material. 

 

2. How should I wash my underwear?

Please wash your underwear on machine wash cold and delicate. Do not expose to high temperatures as this will affect the fabric's elasticity and life span. For best results, leave the underwear to air dry or tumble dry on low heat.

 

3. What kind of clothing does Nude athletic underwear work best with?

Because our fabric is stretchy, seamless and lightweight, our underwear works best worn under tight clothing such as compression leggings or shorts. Our underwear can also be worn underneath jeans or baggy clothing to prevent camel toes, but may have more movement to it.

 

4. How long will my order take to ship? 

Shipping times may vary depending on where you are located within the world. Canada and US shipping times will be approximately 6-12 business days for select standard shipping. International locations such as Australia, Europe and the UK may take longer. Please refer to local postage times for your specific location for more information. Please note that we cannot control or prepare for postage strikes.

 

5. How do I return or exchange an item?

We will happily provide an exchange or refund for products that have been damaged in transit or have a manufacturing error. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for other concerns at this time. 6. My tracking says my order was delivered but it has not arrived at my home/post office, what do I do?

If your order shows as delivered but it has not arrived, please wait 24 hours for the tracking information to update. If you have still not received your package and no further updates have been displayed, please send us an email at info@nudeathleticunderwear.com
