Refunds (if applicable):
If your item has a manufacturing error or has been damaged, we will happily provide you with a refund or exchange. Damaged items must be reviewed by Nude Athletic Underwear to determine whether a refund is approved or denied. Refund processing times may vary depending on the return shipping time.
Once you have been approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible and a credit will be made to the original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your specific payment method or bank but should be processed within a few business days. If you are missing your refund or it is late, please check your bank account again. Secondly, contact your credit card company or Paypal as it may take longer for your refund to be processed and posted. Third, contact your bank for an update on processing times and information.
