REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nude athletic underwear purchase! To ensure a smooth refund process, please note the following guidelines:

1. Refunds are only applicable for manufacturing errors or if the item has been damaged during delivery.

2. Refunds will only be granted on items that have not been worn.

3. Refunds are eligible within 20 days from the date of delivery. 

4. Please include in your request as much detail as possible about the issue with your purchase and/or include a photo of the error.

Once your request has been approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible and a credit will be made to the original payment method. Please note that refund times may vary depending on your specific payment method or bank.

We’re growing a small business which means at this time we cannot offer returns or exchanges on non-damaged items. If you are experiencing an issue with your product, please reach out to us and we will do our best to problem solve!
